In case of unavailability of a product after ordering, you will be informed as soon as possible via email or telephone. You will have the option to both cancel your order and have the relative purchase amount refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase. In addition, you will be given the opportunity to either select another colour, have your name added to a wait list for the relative colour or apply the relative purchase amount towards a different Sue London product (In this case you choose to apply the credit towards another product, you will be responsible for the difference in cost (including any applicable tax and/or shipping) if the newly selected product is higher in value.

In the case you choose to be refunded for the relative purchase amount: If a refund cannot be applied due to credit card expiration or other unforeseen circumstance, Sue London will contact you via email or telephone.

Payment for an order through the suelondon.com website is processed immediately. Shipping ordered products may take up to 48 hours from the time of purchase. In the case the above noted referencing unavailability holds true, you will be contacted via email or telephone.

Sue London, Inc is not liable in case of stock outage or unavailability of products.

Shipping and Delivery
Goods will be shipped to the delivery address(es) specified during the ordering procedure. Sue London cannot deliver to Post Office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Sue London ships via Fed Ex ground (default "domestic service" highlighted on the shipping option on the shipping preference page of suelondon.com) to all US locations “NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED.” Requests for other methods of shipping may be directed to Sue London, Inc. through either, principal@suelondon.com and/or US telephone number (212) 477-1311.

International orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, Fed Ex or DHL and may be subject to additional local destination duties and taxes.

Returns and Exchanges
You are entitled to return any product ordered via the suelondon.com website within fifteen (15) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to have each and every transaction result in a pleasant and easy shopping experience. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund your money for any items with which you are not completely satisfied (in original packaging).

We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Ship prepaid with the package securely wrapped. Please note that shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable, unless we made an error and shipped you the wrong item.

For items received as a gift obtained from the suelondon.com website, you are only entitled to a merchandise exchange.
